Peter has held senior line and staff positions at a variety of top tier firms and consulted to government, start-up and Fortune 500 companies across North America. A
Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, Peter holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration (organizational and
technological decision making) from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. An award winning professor (2007 TD Canada Trust Distinguished
Teaching Award and 2004 Literati Research Award), Peter holds an ongoing appointment in the Faculty of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University and has
written articles in leading academic and industry publications.
Reagan Ruslim, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer

Reagan is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (New Hampshire) and has extensive financial and consulting experience in "big four" accounting firms
and private industry. Most recently Reagan has had accounting responsibility at pre and post IPO companies. Reagan holds an Honours Bachelor of Business
Administration (HBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Western Ontario with a concentration in
taxation law. Called to the Bar in 2007, Reagan is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. A founding officer of the Corporation, Reagan has responsibility for
financial oversight.

Michael Brydon holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of British Columbia and Bachelor and Masters degrees in Engineering from the Royal Military
College of Canada. Michael holds an ongoing faculty appointment at Simon Fraser University where his interest and expertise is in decision making in complex,
uncertain environments. He has conducted applied decision making research at leading firms, held competitive scientific research grants, and been published in
ranking academic journals. Michael has been involved with the firm since founding and has overall accountability for analytics and modeling.
Jerry King, Director of Business Development

Jerry holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the University of Windsor and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.
Prior to joining the firm, Jerry worked as an analyst in corporate telecommunications and consulted to angel investors on business due diligence and venture-backed
companies. Jerry has responsibility for development and execution of marketing strategies and sales.
